Hello to all our avid readers!
After the recent injury scare for the British Masters Surf Team, Jed Stone visited the well known “Muscle Man” Sean Clement Bsc (Hons) MSCP, or Sean as he is known to his mates. He has over 11 years experiance in saving sick surfers.
After a lot of technical leg stuff, the result is he SHOULD be fit in time for the World Masters Surfing Competition.
At great expense and risk to everyone’s safety, we sneaked a secret camera into the treatment room. The camera was taped to Lesley’s head and then concealed under an inconspicuous Mock Moose head Mask.
You can watch all the gory details in the video clip below, but I warn you it is not nice! Those legs urghhh!
I was thinking of standing in and filming my legs instead, they are far better than Jed’s, but the thought of those needles put me off

Those legs are not a pretty sight but glad to see my nephew is on the mend. Get fit David and “go get ém”.
